Book Launch of When the Picture Fades, Stephen’s 4th book. The launch was in Wallingford Connecticut at the Library Wine Bistro. Over 300 people attended to buy a book, get their book signed, and many to get signature on their previous books Whisper of a Kiss and Vows.
